It is expensive, but you can eat it well.
There is none.
You can park in the adjoining plat park and go.
There is.
Beef skewers & fried small mackerel made a line! ️ The Portugal melon is the number one in the Ebina service area
There is an entrance called Prat Park, which can be used from public roads! However You can not go to the main line pay area
I do not know Ebina, but I saw Ghibli goods such as Totoro and Gigi at Kariya Parking Oasis. But that's August 2017. I do not understand now.
Stopped here in the middle of the night for a bathroom break. It was so big it took a while to walk across the parking lot and to the restroom.
Good
Large rest area with toilets, goods and gasoline. Pass through on Sunday mornings and you will probably get to see Supercar aficionados getting ready for their Sunday drive.
I feel SA(service area)is pretty much a Japanese thing. It's like a place where you can take a rest off the highway. There are convinience store, fast food restaurant, food court, and even hotel.
Good rest stop, clean restrooms, good food selection. Luckily, I passed through right before the shops were closing the meal selection was great. My only complaint is the food price on some items was higher than from normal outlets such as a 7 Eleven.
Large food court and a matsuri-like street food area. Lots of vending machines too and a souvenir shop.
Totally awesome rest stop. Many free parking spaces for cars, vans and big wheel trucks. There is a huge convenience store inside where you also can buy souvenirs like local Japanese foods. It has many restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops and etc. You will not have hard time to find something you like. The bathrooms are huge and very clean. A must place to rest yourself and enjoy great foods.
Surprisingly good and upscale for parking area grape variety of food choices from Japanese to International nice Bakery in fact good coffee I love to see more of these in Japan
Ni e but always crowded.
Giant SA (service area) for Tomei Expressway outbound from Tokyo. Food court with 20 different restaurants. Concierge desk available till 10 pm.
Nice spot to take some rest for your long trip, Clean restroom, Japanese food is ok nothing special.
All service areas should be like this - around the world
It's a big service area. Smoking area is on the left side and it's like a box , not open air which is not nice even for smokers. Toilets are on the left side, big and clean.
First time in Japan....Its just like the Indian Food Mall...Limited Veg Options
One of the most popular Service Areas on the Tomie Expressway, heavy traffic and high risk area for traffic accidents
Good selection of eateries. Nice mix of authentic and western friendly.
Nice place.. Suitable for Food , toilet break
Very crowed
Ebina Parking - great place for any car nut to come carspotting. There are always nice rides on their way to Fuji for the day, and this highway is frequented by many groups of superbikes
Huge parking, clean toilet, nice place to stop and have a little rest.
The typical roadside stop in Japan. Some inconvenience due to massive renovation going on. The capuchino that I had was excellent. My wife told me the toilets were supurb. Spotless and with printed paper for the ladies. I did not use the men's room so I cannot comment on that.
Should come while visiting Gotemba. So many food stall to go and a nice place to visit
Very spacious and convenient parking area with good restaurants and souvenir shop and clean toilets...
Has 2 ev charging stations. All the usual food conveniences. Has nice bakery with very good pastries, try round balls of fried dough filled with cream cheese!
Advertised on TV as a place to go when you are not just passing through, but I don't think that the resturants there warrant a special trip. Unless you want some "Dip n Dots".A very nice SA (service area) though.
Great rest stop with plenty of restrooms and lot of food vendors. I’m sure you will find a dish to get you for the next 200 km or so. You can also buy snacks if you need to keep eating on the road.
First stop on the way to Osaka. Food is ok. Nothing special. Restroom are clean and neat.
Large parking area. Is quite busy but lots of small places to buy specialty foods. Melon pan is great, highly recommend! Coldstone soft cream shop just opened as well.
This rest stop one of the larger ones I've come across. It's always so crowded on the weekends that I wonder if people go there to hang out for the day. It can get a little overwhelming with all the people. The food selection is ok. Lots of noodle dishes, your standard Japanese curries and tonkatsu. There are food stalls outside too for all your grilled meat needs. If you're on the highway and need to take a break, Ebina might be an interesting stop.
It is very big here are lots of food, the toilet are very clean also. Here are crowded with a lot of people.
So far the best service area around kanagawa prefecture. The melon pan is the most demanding item of this place
Good and so many food stall.👍
Really enjoyed the expensive but special ¥900 vending machine special “Origin” coffee from Tanzania and Ethiopia at Ebina SA. Of course this first major rest stop on the Tomei expressway going out of Tokyo has much, much more, but it is these little touches that catch the eye and your heart or taste buds, only in Japan?
Always crowded. Should try the melon pan here. This is a must stop by rest area with a lot restaurant choices.
Great place to grab a bite to eat on your way out of Tokyo.
A must stop, food is great!
Big shopping and restaurant area, extremely clean sanitary area (if you know European or US ones....). Huge parking area, also for bikes.
Area which you can rest a while in a long drive. Lots of souveniers and food you can eat and buy. You can bring your dog for rest, in a limited and small place.
Street Japanese shop but good
Service area way Fuji mountain
Food was okay here - nothing to make a special trip for. This side also doesn't have a Starbucks, which was disappointing. If you do stop though - the Melon pan is a must buy.
Great bus stop area with midnight foods and restaurants available ! Ideal for night bus trip break
This is a very nice place to stop in the middle of a journey. There are restrooms and shops in this building. The shops are very clean and even have a screen which tell you where the vacant cubicles are. The shop sells things like souvenirs, snacks and on-the-go food items like sushi. However, the shops are usually very crowded as the small aisles are too narrow to handle a large crowd.
Handy service station. Good food.
My go-to rest stop on this Highway. Plenty of bike parking. Good selection of restaurants and shops.
One of the most popular rest stations in Japan. Japanese rest stations are like no other in the world. I have heard that some people travel to go to the rest station (it is their destination :))
very crowded. so many restaurants.
Maybe delicious but am no eat because it's expensive
A bustling food paradise! Crowded during lunch time on a Saturday. There’s a Calbee stall here, at least 2 ramen shops, a bakery, a melon pan shop that claims to be world’s best, a big convenience store, and the list goes on.
Phenomenal
